Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • ½ tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Shallots (peeled and chopped finely)
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ¾ cup  Beef stock
  • 4 tsp Black peppercorns (divided)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Crush 3 tsp of peppercorns in a bag.
  • Melt butter and oil in a pan.
  • Add shallots, salt, crushed, and whole peppercorns; cook.
  • Pour stock and Worcestershire sauce; boil, and simmer until reduced.
  • Stir in cream, simmer, then remove from heat.
  • Serve the sauce over the steak.
