Jeff Mauro BBQ Chip Dust Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag  BBQ potato chips (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon  Paprika (smoked)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon  Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread chips on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and browned.
  • Let the chips cool for a few minutes.
  • Pulse chips in a food processor until finely ground.
  • Add spices, and pulse for a well-combined mixture.
  • Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  • Use as seasoning for meat, veggies, or popcorn.
  • Sprinkle on your favourite dish. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of chip dust to suit your taste.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
  • Marinate meats with a little oil before applying the dust for a better flavour.
