- 1 bag BBQ potato chips (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon Paprika (smoked)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread chips on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and browned.
Let the chips cool for a few minutes.
Pulse chips in a food processor until finely ground.
Add spices, and pulse for a well-combined mixture.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
Use as seasoning for meat, veggies, or popcorn.
Sprinkle on your favourite dish. Enjoy!
