  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ cup  Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Sleeve Premium Saltine Crackers (Crushed)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté chopped onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onions, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and crushed saltine crackers.
  • Gently mix without overworking the meat.
  • Shape the meat mixture into a loaf in a loaf pan.
  • Drizzle the top with ketchup.
  • Bake for about an hour until it reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes after baking.
