- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts (finely chopped)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Use a mixer.
Mix in vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour, and mix into smooth dough.
Add nuts evenly into the dough.
Form small dough balls on the sheet.
Bake for 12-15 min until edges are golden.
Cool on a sheet, then coat with sugar.
Place on rack for complete cooling.
