Ingredients
  

For the dough:

  • 1 package Active dry yeast (1/4 oz) 
  • 1/2 cup  Warm water
  • 1/2 cup  Milk
  • 1/4 cup  Granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup  Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon  Salt
  • 2 large  Eggs
  • 4 cups  All-purpose flour

For the filling:

  • 1/2 cup  Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup  Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon

For the glaze:

  • 2 cups  Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup  Milk
  • 1 teaspoon  Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix yeast in warm water; wait 5 mins until foamy.
  • Combine yeast mix, milk, sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs; blend.
  • Add flour, and knead to smooth dough. Rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll dough to a 1/4 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread butter, sprinkle brown sugar, and cinnamon evenly on the dough.
  • Roll dough tightly, and slice into 12-15 pieces.
  • Place slices in a greased pan, space slightly.
  • Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown and cooked.
  • Whisk sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.
  • Drizzle glaze on warm rolls after baking.
