Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole almond 
  • ½ cup granulated sugar 
  • 1 cup hazelnuts 
  • ½ cup water 

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, you should preheat the oven to at least  350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • You should cover the bikini sheet using the parchment .paper 
  • On the baking sheet, spread the hazelnuts and almonds.
  • Bake the nuts in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until their colour becomes brown.
  • Now, take it away from the oven and let it cool. 
  • When it becomes cool, cut the nuts coarsely and put them on the other side.
  • In a heavy pot, mix the water and sugar. Cook it on medium heat, stirring it occasionally So that the sugar becomes dissolved.
  • Now you should increase the heat and cook it continually without stirring until its colour becomes deep amber.
  • Now, take away the pan from heat and quickly put the vanilla extract, nuts, and salt in it.
  • On a large, greased sheet of parchment, you should put the mixture on it. When you want to spread the mixture, you should use a greased spatula.
  • Now, cool it completely. When it becomes cool completely. Then you should break the Krokan into small pieces.
  • Now the Krokan is prepared, put the Krokan in such a room whose temperature is like a room for 2 weeks.
