Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon  Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon  Allspice
  • 6 oz  Butter
  • 1 tablespoon  Pumpkin Butter
  • 1/4 cup  Molasses
  • 2 tablespoon  Baking powder
  • Egg (at room temperature)
  • 2 1/4 cup  Flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon  Pumpkin Spice

Instructions
 

  • Grab a glass bowl, and toss in the ingredients to make the dough.
  • Throw in pumpkin butter, pumpkin spice, and Molasses.
  • Mix it up well, then pour in the sugar. Stir until it's all dissolved.
  • Crack an egg into the bowl, and give it a good mix.
  • Add baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Mix it up really nicely.
  • Toss in the flour, and stir it until it's a smooth dough.
  • Wrap that dough in plastic, and throw it in the fridge for an hour.
  • Roll out the chilled dough with a rolling pin.
  • Use a cookie cutter to shape those cookies.
  • Create any cookie shape you fancy, then slather on the jam sauce. Do it again and pop that cookie dish in the oven for baking.
  • Serve those cookies up, or stash them in a jar for the kiddos.

Notes

  • Make them fancy by drizzling melted white chocolate over the cookies.
  • Arrange them on a pretty plate for a nice look.
