  • 1 tablespoon  Ginger (grated)
  • cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon  Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon  Peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon  Gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
  • Green onion (thinly sliced)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, peanut oil, and gochujang.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavours.
  • Stir the sauce before serving to ensure proper mixing.
  • Garnish with thinly sliced green onion for a finishing touch.
