Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Bacon
  • 1/2 cup  Green onion
  • 1/2 cup  Beef broth
  • 8 slices  American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 lbs  Ground chuck
  • 2  Eggs
  • 8 slices  White bread

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients, excluding cheese, bacon, and green onions. 
  • Shape into eight equal balls, then flatten onto a baking sheet. 
  • Bake each side for three minutes at 350°F. 
  • Spread the bacon-cheese mixture evenly and bake for additional minutes.
