- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Confectioners’ sugar
Preheat the oven to 350°F, line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
