- 300 grams Unsalted butter
- 500 grams All-purpose flour
- 150 grams Icing sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Milk
Combine flour and icing sugar. Cut butter, and mix until breadcrumb-like.
Add egg yolks, milk, and vanilla. Knead for 5-10 mins, chill for 30 mins.
Roll out chilled dough, and fit the tart pan. Press down evenly.
Poke with a fork, cover with paper, and add beans to weigh.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, and bake for 10 mins.
Remove beans, and bake for 5 more mins.
Cool pastry, and remove from pan. Enjoy your tasty crust!
