- 2 shots coconut rum
- 4 shots pineapple juice
- 1 shot lime juice
- 4 shots ginger beer
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple piece
- Lime slice
- Mint leaves
Instructions
- Put lots of ice in mug first.
- Add coconut rum to the mug.
- Pour pineapple juice in mug slowly.
- Add fresh lime juice too.
- Mix everything with spoon gently.
- Pour ginger beer on top slowly.
- Stir one more time carefully.
- Put pineapple piece on rim.
- Add lime slice on top.
- Put mint leaves for decoration.
- Drink right away while cold.
