Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 3/4 cup  White sugar
  • 1/2 cup Paprika (smoked)
  • 1/4 cup Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup  Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons  Black pepper (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons Ground ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Rosemary powder
  • 2 tablespoons Dried chipotle (crushed), cayenne, chilli powder, or other hot pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl, ensuring a flavorful blend. 
  • In case the sugar forms lumps, gently crumble them using your hands or a fork against the bowl's side. 
  • If larger clumps persist, chop them up or, if desired, spread the mixture on a baking sheet and place it in a 250°F oven for 15 minutes, allowing moisture to dissipate.
