Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds  Beef brisket
  • ½ tablespoon Onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon Garlic powder
  • ½ cup  Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Paprika
  • ½ tablespoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard

Instructions
 

  • First, trim the brisket - remove skin and excess fat.
  • Preheat the oven to 320°F and use a baking sheet.
  • Mix dry spices in a bowl for the rub.
  • Rub brisket with mustard, then sprinkle on dry rub.
  • Pop it in the oven, cover it, and cook for 5 hours.
  • Let it rest for an hour before you dig in.
