- 1 package puff pastry thawed
- 4 oz dark chocolate chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Put paper on baking sheet.
Roll out pastry on clean table. Cut pastry into 8 triangle pieces.
Put chocolate at wide end of triangles. Don't use too much chocolate.
Roll each triangle from wide end to point. Press edges to keep chocolate inside.
Put croissants on baking sheet. Leave space between each one.
Mix egg with milk in bowl. Brush mixture on each croissant.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Don't open oven door while baking.
