For Making The Dough:
- 2 large Eggs (beaten)
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 package Instant yeast
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter (softened)

- ¾ tsp Fine sea salt
For The Filling:
- 1 large Egg
- 4 oz Unsalted butter
- 1 lb Walnuts
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
For Making The Dough:
Gather ingredients.
Boil sour cream, add 3 tbsp butter, 5 tbsp sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Cool to 120-130 F. Whisk yeast and flour.
