- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Small onion, (finely diced)
- 1 Clove garlic, (minced)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Beef stock
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 450-gram Packages pre-rolled butter puff-pastry, (thawed in the fridge)
- 3/4 cup Aged white cheddar cheese (finely diced)(100g)
- 1 Egg
Heat oil, cook onion, and add garlic.
Cook beef, add salt, pepper, and flour.
Add stock, Worcestershire, and simmer.
Chill beef mixture, then add cheese.
Cut pastry, and place in a muffin tin.
Fill with beef mixture, and seal.
Chill, and preheat the oven to 425°F.
Bake for 20-25 mins, cool for 10 mins.
