Ingredients
  

For The Salad

  • Romaine lettuce hearts (roughly chopped)
  • 1.5 cups   Nish nosh crackers (Slightly crushed)
  • 1.5 cups   Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 head  Purple cabbage (chopped)
  • 1/2 medium Red onion (peeled and diced)

For The Salad Dressing 

  • 1/2 cup  Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons  Dijon mustard or regular mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon  Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup  Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons  Brown sugar
  • 1 pinch each Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine romaine lettuce, Nish Nosh crackers, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage, and diced red onion in a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic cloves, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and brown sugar.
  • Toss salad ingredients with the dressing and drizzle evenly.
  • Add salt and pepper as desired. Best served immediately.

Notes

  • Keep those veggies crunchy - don't overdo the chopping!
  • Dress it up just before serving for that fresh, zesty punch.
