For The Salad
- 3 Romaine lettuce hearts (roughly chopped)
- 1.5 cups Nish nosh crackers (Slightly crushed)
- 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 head Purple cabbage (chopped)
- 1/2 medium Red onion (peeled and diced)
For The Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or regular mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 pinch each Salt and pepper
Combine romaine lettuce, Nish Nosh crackers, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage, and diced red onion in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic cloves, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and brown sugar.
Toss salad ingredients with the dressing and drizzle evenly.
