Ingredients
  

  • Biscoff cookies
  • Melted butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Whipping cream
  • Biscoff spread
  • Vanilla
  • Extra Biscoff spread for topping
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions
 

Make the crust

  • Crush the Biscoff cookies. Mix with melted butter. Press this mix into a pan. Chill for 20 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese

  • Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and soft.

Add Biscoff spread

  • Mix the Biscoff spread into the cream cheese mix. Blend well.

Whip the cream

  • Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Fold it into the mixture gently.

Fill the pan

  • Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Chill the cheesecake

  • Chill for at least six hours. This helps the cheesecake set fully.

Add topping

  • Warm extra Biscoff spread. Pour on top. Add crushed cookies for a pretty finish.
