For Making The Olga Bread:
- 1 large Egg
- 4 cups All-Purpose Unbleached Flour
- 1/4 cup Warm Water
- 1 cup Vitamin D Milk
- 1 Tbsp Rising Yeast
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Tbsp Margarine
- 1 Tbsp Sugar (Granulated)
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
For Making The Olga’s Snackers Seasoning:
- 6 Tbsp Grated Milano’s Romano Cheese
- 1 1/2 Tsp Celery seeds
- 3/4 Tsp Garlic powder
- 4 1/2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 3/4 Tsp Coarse ground black pepper
- 3 Tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 Tsp Poppy seeds
- 3 dash Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tsp Salt
For Making The Olga Bread:
Heat milk in a pan until warm. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let it bubble.
Add flour to milk, then mix in yeast and egg.
Gradually add the remaining flour until dough forms.
Let the dough rise for an hour in a warm place.
Roll out dough into 9 pieces, then cook briefly.
