Ingredients
  

For Making The Olga Bread:

  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 cups All-Purpose Unbleached Flour
  • 1/4 cup Warm Water
  • 1 cup  Vitamin D Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Rising Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Honey
  • 4 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar (Granulated)
  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt

For Making The Olga’s Snackers Seasoning:

  • 6 Tbsp Grated Milano’s Romano Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Celery seeds
  • 3/4 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 3/4 Tsp Coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Poppy seeds
  • 3 dash Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

For Making The Olga Bread:

  • Heat milk in a pan until warm. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let it bubble.
  • Add flour to milk, then mix in yeast and egg.
  • Gradually add the remaining flour until dough forms.
  • Let the dough rise for an hour in a warm place.
  • Roll out dough into 9 pieces, then cook briefly.

For Making The Olga’s Snackers Seasoning:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

For Making The Olga’s Snackers:

  • Slice bread, place on a tray, and spray with oil.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning and bake at 350°F.
  • Flip and re-season after a few minutes.
  • Enjoy your homemade Olga's Snacks.
