  • Green onion tops (sliced into thin rings)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Bread crumbs

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Prepare the Crispy Coating Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and Italian seasoning mix.
  • Create a Perfect Blend: Integrate olive oil and mix with your hands until achieving a fine, crumbly texture. Avoid large pieces or clumps, as they can make the fritta soggy.
  • Slice and Arrange the Chicken: If using thick-cut breasts, half lengthwise. Discard excess fat or skin. Place slices overlapping to prevent drying during cooking.
  • Secure with Precision: Employ kitchen twine to tie each breast bundle securely for consistent cooking.
  • Place and Bake: Arrange chicken bundles on a baking sheet and bake for around 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
