Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for coating
  • Optional: crushed candy canes for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  • Put chocolate in a mixing bowl.
  • Heat heavy cream until it just boils.
  • Pour hot cream over the chocolate immediately.
  • Let it sit for two minutes.
  • Stir until smooth and completely melted.
  • Add butter to the chocolate mixture.
  • Stir until the butter melts completely.
  • Mix in orange zest and orange juice.
  • The orange smell will be amazing.
  • Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
  • Put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
