- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Instant Chicken Bouillon
- 1 Cream Cheese (8-ounce package)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon Freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces Shrimp or Crawfish (cooked, peeled and minced)
Boil water in a small pot.
Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Set aside.
Microwave cream cheese until soft, then stir until creamy.
Mix in sour cream until well combined.
Slowly add bouillon water while stirring.
Add parsley, Beau Monde seasoning, pepper, cheese, and shrimp or crawfish. Gently mix.
Microwave uncovered for 3 – 4 minutes until cheese melts. Stir occasionally.
