Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup  Water
  • 1 teaspoon  Instant Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 Cream Cheese (8-ounce package) 
  • 1/4 cup  Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon  Parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon  Freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon  Beau Monde Seasoning
  • 1 cup  Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounces Shrimp or Crawfish (cooked, peeled and minced)

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a small pot.
  • Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Set aside.
  • Microwave cream cheese until soft, then stir until creamy.
  • Mix in sour cream until well combined.
  • Slowly add bouillon water while stirring.
  • Add parsley, Beau Monde seasoning, pepper, cheese, and shrimp or crawfish. Gently mix.
  • Microwave uncovered for 3 – 4 minutes until cheese melts. Stir occasionally.
  • Serve fondue with bread or preferred dippers. Enjoy the feast!
