  • Electric hand mixer (optional).
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts (drained/chopped).

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  • 2 cloves garlic minced fine.
  • 1 dash of hot sauce optional.

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 350°F. Let it get nice and hot first.
