Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • This takes about 10 minutes usually.
  • Make sure the rack is centered properly.
  • Melt butter in a large pot first.
  • Add flour and stir for one minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth slowly while stirring.
  • Add milk, soup, and seasonings next.
  • Stir until the mixture gets thick.
  • This takes about 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Put diced chicken into the pot now.
  • Add frozen vegetables to the mixture too.
  • Stir everything together very well.
  • Let it simmer for 3 minutes only.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place one pie crust in your dish.
  • Press it down gently along the sides.
  • Pour the chicken filling over the crust.
  • Spread it evenly across the bottom.
