Season your cube steaks with the house seasoning. Use salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Prepare two shallow bowls for the breading process. Put flour in one and whisked eggs in another.
Dip each steak into the flour first. Shake off any extra flour from the meat gently.
Move the floured steak into the egg mixture. Coat both sides of the meat completely and evenly.
Place the steak back into the flour again. Press the flour firmly into the meat with your fingers.
Heat the oil in your large skillet. Make sure the oil is hot before adding meat.
Fry the steaks for three minutes per side. They should look golden brown and very crispy.
Remove the steaks and set them aside. Pour out most of the oil but keep the bits.
Add butter and flour to the hot skillet. Whisk them together to make a thick golden paste.
Slowly pour in the milk while whisking fast. Let the gravy simmer until it becomes very thick.
