- 20 Oz Frozen Corn
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese
Place your skillet on the stove. Set the heat to medium. Add the butter to the warm pan. Let the butter melt slowly.
Pour the corn into the skillet. Stir it to coat with butter. Let it cook for five minutes. The corn should get soft.
Add the heavy cream to the pan. Pour it in very slowly. Stir the corn and cream together. The mixture will start to bubble.
Stir in the sugar and salt now. Add the black pepper for flavor. Keep the heat on medium-low. Do not let the cream burn.
Add the cream cheese in small chunks. Stir until the cheese melts completely. The sauce will become very thick. This takes about five minutes.
