- 4 Large Green Tomatoes
- 1 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1 Cup Cornmeal
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Prepare the Tomatoes Wash the firm green tomatoes first. Cut them into thick, even slices.
