- 1 package Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
