Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Your Oven Set your oven to 350 degrees. Let it get hot first.
  • Prep Your Pan Grease your loaf pan with oil or spray. This stops sticking.
  • Mix the Meat Put the beef and veggies in a bowl. Add the eggs.
  • Add the Fillers Pour in the bread crumbs and some ketchup. Stir it well.
  • Season the Mix Add the salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce now. Use hands.
  • Shape the Loaf Press the meat into your prepared pan. Make it flat.
  • Make the Sauce Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar in a bowl. Whisk it.
  • Apply the Glaze Spread the sauce over the top of the meat. Cover it.
  • Bake the Dish Put the pan in the hot oven. Bake for one hour.
  • Rest the Meat Let the meat sit for ten minutes. This keeps juices inside.
