- 1 package 8 oz softened cream cheese.
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
- 1 cup powdered sugar.
- 1 container 8 oz whipped topping.
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust.
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling.
Put cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl. Use your mixer to blend them well. Make sure it is very smooth.
Slowly add the powdered sugar to the bowl. Mix on low speed first. This keeps the sugar from flying out.
Gently fold in the whipped topping. Use a spatula for this part. Do not use the electric mixer here.
Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with your spatula. Make it look pretty!
Put the pie in the fridge. Let it sit for three hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for the best taste.
- Make sure the cream cheese is very soft.
- Do not use crunchy peanut butter for this.
- Chill the pie overnight if you have time.
- Add chopped peanuts on top for a crunch.
