Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Handheld electric mixer.
  • Rubber spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Plastic wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 oz softened cream cheese.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar.
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping.
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling.

Instructions

  • Put cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl. Use your mixer to blend them well. Make sure it is very smooth.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar to the bowl. Mix on low speed first. This keeps the sugar from flying out.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping. Use a spatula for this part. Do not use the electric mixer here.
  • Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with your spatula. Make it look pretty!
  • Put the pie in the fridge. Let it sit for three hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the best taste.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is very soft.
  • Do not use crunchy peanut butter for this.
  • Chill the pie overnight if you have time.
  • Add chopped peanuts on top for a crunch.
