- 8 ounces fresh baby spinach.
- 4 hard-boiled eggs sliced.
- 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled.
- 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced.
- 1/2 cup white sugar.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar.
- 1 cup vegetable oil.
- 1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce.
Wash the spinach leaves very well. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Put them in a large bowl.
Add the sliced eggs to the bowl. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top. Add the red onion slices too.
