Ingredients
  

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 4 big peaches cut small
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut peaches into small pieces.
  • Mix peaches with brown sugar.
  • Add cornstarch and mix well.
  • Add cinnamon and nutmeg to peaches.
  • Let mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  • Put wrapper on flat surface.
  • Add 2 spoons of peach filling.
  • Fold bottom corner over filling.
  • Fold side corners toward middle.
  • Roll up tightly to top corner.
  • Brush edge with beaten egg.
  • Press edge down to seal.
  • Heat oil to 350°F.
  • Fry egg rolls for 4 minutes.
  • Turn once while cooking.
  • Take out when golden brown.
  • Put on paper towels to drain.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for best peach cobbler egg rolls recipe taste.
