Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in large saucepan over high heat.
  • Add hibiscus flowers to the boiling water immediately.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes only.
  • Add sliced peaches to the tea mixture carefully.
  • Continue simmering for three more minutes total.
  • Remove from heat and let it steep completely.
  • Strain the mixture through fine mesh strainer.
  • Stir in honey and lemon juice while warm.
  • Let cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
  • Serve over ice with mint leaves garnish.
