- 1 lb Pork cuts (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup White vinegar
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Thyme leaves (dried)
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
- ¼ tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, blend paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Season both sides of the pork chops with the mixture.
Heat olive oil in a pan and brown pork chops on both sides.
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and vinegar. Mix well.
Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes in the pan.
Place pork chops on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
