Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb  Pork cuts (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup White vinegar
  • ½ cup  Chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ cup  Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme leaves (dried)
  • ¼ teaspoon  Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ¼ tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops with the mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and brown pork chops on both sides.
  • In another bowl, combine brown sugar, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes in the pan.
  • Place pork chops on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Let the pork chop soak up the flavours by marinating it overnight.
  • Get a nice sear on both sides before finishing it in the oven for juicy perfection.
  • Keep an eye on the pork chop; you want it juicy, not dry.
