Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fresh pork cuts
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup  White vinegar
  • ½ cup  Chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ cup  Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme leaves dried
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ¼ tablespoon Olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops with this mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, then cook the chops until they're nicely browned.
  • In another bowl, combine brown sugar, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Pour this sauce over the pork chops in the pan.
  • Let everything simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Transfer the pork chops onto a baking sheet, making sure they're in a single layer.
  • Pop them in the oven and bake for half an hour.
