- 1 lb Fresh pork cuts
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup White vinegar
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Thyme leaves dried
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
- ¼ tablespoon Olive oil extra virgin
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Season both sides of the pork chops with this mixture.
