Cut pineapple into tiny pieces.
Blend half the pineapple until smooth.
Mix cream and milk together.
Beat egg yolks with sugar well.
Add vanilla and salt to eggs.
Pour cream into eggs very slowly.
Add blended pineapple and pineapple juice.
Put in lime juice for taste.
Strain everything through strainer once.
Put in fridge for two hours.
Pour into ice cream maker.
Follow machine directions to churn.
Add pineapple pieces at the end.
Put in freezer until hard.
