Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut pork into 2-inch pieces.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place pieces in your slow cooker.
  • Make sure they're spread evenly.

  • Pour everything into the slow cooker.
  • Don't drain the juice.
