Ingredients
2

Chicken wings
flats and drumettes.
1
tbsp
Baking powder
for extra crunch.
1
tsp
Salt.
1
tsp
Black pepper.
1
tsp
Garlic powder.
1
tsp
Onion powder.
1/2
cup
Buffalo sauce
or BBQ sauce.
2
tbsp
Melted butter.
Cooking spray
Olive oil or Avocado oil.
Instructions
Prep the Chicken
Dry the wings with paper towels. Dry skin makes them very crispy.
Season the Wings
Put wings in a large bowl. Add baking powder and all spices. Toss them until they are coated well.
Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F. Let it warm up for five minutes.
Arrange the Wings
Place wings in the fryer basket. Do not crowd the wings. Leave space for the hot air.
Start Cooking
Cook the wings for 10 minutes. This starts the crisping process.
Flip the Wings
Open the basket and flip them. Use your tongs carefully.
Finish Air Frying
Cook for 10 more minutes. The skin should look dark gold.
Make the Sauce
Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Use a small bowl for this.
Toss and Serve
Put hot wings in a clean bowl. Pour the sauce over them. Toss until they are fully coated.
Notes
Always use baking powder on the skin.
It makes the skin bubble and crunch.
Never use baking soda by mistake.
That will taste very bad.
Do not overlap the chicken pieces.
ir must hit every side.
Cook in two batches if needed.
This ensures every wing stays crispy.
Pat the meat very dry first.
Moisture is the enemy of crunch.
Serve them while they are hot.
Cold wings lose their special texture.
