  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound ground beef

Instructions

  • Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk them together until completely smooth.
  • This tastes exactly like Big Mac sauce.
  • Set it aside while you cook.
  • Heat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan.
  • Break it apart with your spatula.
  • Season with salt and pepper generously.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  • Drain any excess fat from the pan.
  • Heat tortillas for 15 seconds each side.
  • You can use a skillet or microwave.
  • Warm tortillas wrap better without tearing.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on your surface.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of special sauce evenly.
  • Add 1/4 of the cooked beef.
  • Top with lettuce, cheese, onions, and pickles.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  • Fold the bottom of the tortilla up.
  • Fold in both sides toward the center.
  • Roll tightly from bottom to top.
  • Slice in half diagonally to serve.

Notes

  • Make the sauce ahead of time.
  • It tastes better after flavors blend overnight.
  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Toast your tortillas for extra crispiness.
  • Don't overfill the wraps or they'll tear.
  • Chop vegetables into small, even pieces.
  • Warm wraps are easier to fold properly.
  • Add extra pickles if you love them.
  • Try different cheese varieties for fun variations.
