Ingredients

  • 2 cups STRAWBERRIES
  • 1 cup GREEN GRAPES
  • 1 cup PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
  • 1 cup BLUEBERRIES
  • 1 can MANDARIN ORANGES
  • 2 tbsp HONEY
  • 1 tbsp LIME JUICE
  • 1 tsp FRESH MINT

Instructions

Step 1:

  • Wash all of your fresh fruit very well. Use cold water to rinse off any dirt.

Step 2:

  • Dry the fruit with a clean paper towel. This helps the sweet glaze stick much better.

Step 3:

  • Slice the strawberries into even and small pieces. Remove the green stems before you start cutting.

Step 4:

  • Cut the pineapple into small and easy chunks. Make sure they are all the same size.

Step 5:

  • Place all the fruit into your large bowl. Add the grapes, berries, and oranges in now.

Step 6:

  • Mix the honey and lime juice together well. Use your small jar to shake it up.

Step 7:

  • Pour the honey lime glaze over the fruit. Toss everything gently with your large kitchen spoon.

Step 8:

  • Top the salad with some fresh mint leaves. Serve it cold and enjoy your healthy treat.
