Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces egg noodles uncooked
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in your large pot.
  • Add a pinch of salt to water.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  • Drain noodles when they're tender.
  • Set them aside in a bowl.
  • Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and chopped onion together.
  • Cook until beef turns brown completely.
  • Add minced garlic and cook one minute.
  • Drain any extra fat from the pan.
  • Take a large mixing bowl now.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup inside.
  • Mix in sour cream and cottage cheese.
  • Stir everything until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well again.
  • Add cooked noodles to the meat mixture.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over everything.
  • Stir gently until everything is coated well.
  • Make sure the sauce covers all noodles.
  • Grease your 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the noodle mixture into the dish.
  • Spread it out evenly across the pan.
