Set your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
This prevents the granola from sticking later.
Combine oats, almonds, pecans, and walnuts in a bowl.
Add cinnamon and salt to the mixture.
Stir everything together until well mixed.
Heat honey, oil, and brown sugar in a pan.
Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Mix it well.
Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients.
Stir until everything is coated evenly.
Make sure all oats get covered.
Spread the mixture on your baking sheet.
Make it an even layer across the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes total time.
Stir every 10 minutes for even browning.
Remove granola from the oven when golden brown.
Let it cool completely on the sheet.
Add dried cranberries after it cools down.
Mix them in gently with a spoon.
