9-inch pie pan
- 1 Pre-made Chocolate Crust
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 8 Oz Whipped Topping
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Place your softened cream cheese in the large bowl. Add the creamy peanut butter to the bowl now. Mix them together until the color is even.
Pour in the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract. Turn the mixer on a low speed at first. Mix until the sugar is fully combined and smooth.
Add the whipped topping to the peanut butter mix. Use your spatula to fold it in very gently. Do not stir too fast or it flattens.
Spoon the filling into your prepared chocolate cookie crust. Spread it out evenly using the back of a spoon. Make the top look nice and smooth.
Place the pie in the fridge for several hours. It needs time to get firm and cold. This makes it very easy to slice later.
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
- Gently fold the whipped topping to keep it airy.
- Chill the pie for at least four full hours.
- Use a hot knife to get very clean slices.
- Try a homemade cookie crust for extra flavor.
