Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 hoagie rolls
  • 12 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
 

Sauté the Onions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add sliced onions. Cook until soft and golden. This takes about 10 minutes.

Add Flavor

  • Pour in beef broth. Add Worcestershire sauce. Stir in garlic powder. Season with black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Warm the Beef
