Serving bowl
- 1 Lb Cooked Shrimp
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp Green Onions
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Hot Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Chop your cooked shrimp into very small pieces. Use a sharp knife on your cutting board. Place the chopped shrimp into a small bowl.
Put the softened cream cheese into a large bowl. Use your hand mixer to beat it until smooth. This prevents any lumps in your final dip.
Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to the cheese. Mix them again with the hand mixer. Stop when the mixture looks very fluffy and white.
Pour in the lemon juice and the sauces now. Add the garlic powder and the fresh herbs too. Mix on a low speed until combined well.
Fold in the chopped shrimp and green onions. Use a rubber spatula for this final step. Do not over-mix the delicate shrimp pieces.
Cover the bowl with some plastic wrap. Place it in the fridge for one hour. This allows all the flavors to blend together.
