Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
  • 2 teaspoons of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • 2 cups of cooked white rice.

Instructions
 

Brown the Ground Beef

  • Place your pot on medium heat. Add the lean ground beef. Stir it until it turns brown. Drain the extra fat away.

Sauté the Vegetables

  • Chop the onions and bell peppers. Add them to the beef pot. Cook them for five minutes. They should start to feel soft.

Add the Garlic

  • Put the minced garlic in the pot. Stir it for one minute. Do not let the garlic burn. It adds a great smell.

Pour in Liquids
