Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 individual bags of Fritos or Doritos
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat your skillet over medium-high heat first.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan.
  • Break it apart with your wooden spoon.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes until completely browned.
  • Drain any excess fat from the meat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef.
  • Pour in the half cup of water.
  • Stir everything together really well.
  • Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • The sauce will thicken up nicely.

  • Shred the lettuce into small pieces.
