Ingredients
  

  • Ziti pasta 450 grams
  • Ground beef 500 grams
  • Marinara sauce 3 cups
  • Ricotta cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 2 cups shredded
  • Parmesan cheese half cup
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 3 cloves minced
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper half teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

Boil pasta until just tender.

  • Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

  • Add beef and cook fully.

Add garlic and seasoning.

  • Cook for one minute.

Pour marinara sauce inside.

  • Simmer for five minutes.

Mix pasta with sauce.

  • Add ricotta gently.

Pour mixture into baking dish.

  • Spread evenly.

Top with mozzarella and parmesan.

  • Cover fully.

Bake at 180 degrees.

  • Bake for 25 minutes.

Remove and cool slightly.

  • Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcook pasta.
  • Use full fat cheese always.
  • Let it rest before serving.
  • Add herbs for extra flavor.
  • Cover foil if browning fast.
