- 1 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Ginger (minced)
- Fresh cilantro or green onions (chopped, make a tasty optional garnish)
- Cooking oil for frying
Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and spices.
Coat chicken wings, and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Bring wings to room temperature.
